
At last, it’s here – the new Taste Cooking School
This is a dedicated space where you can learn how to cook anything, from the simplest basics to the most complicated dishes. We’ve brought on board some of the most gifted cooks and instructors you could possibly hope to find, including Taste magazine’s own popular contributors.
You can take lessons from Matty Cremona, Gloria Mizzi, Carmelita Caruana – who will be coming over from Bologna, where she teaches cooking, to give guest courses , Pippa Mattei, Mark Camilleri, Alex Mattei, Nick Camilleri Preziosi, Christopher Farrugia who runs Ambrosia in Valletta and formerly of the famous Christopher’s, Marco Pinelli – former chef at Palazzo Parisio and now of Osteria Pergola Pinelli in Birgu, Claire Borg, Alexia Mizzi, Michael Diacono of Giuseppi’s in Mellieha, Edward Diacono and Nicky Diacono.

Booking and payment can be made on line, or ring 9949 3545 for more information on how to pay by cheque, or to book a special lesson with a selected chef for a group of between 10 and 20 people you have brought together yourself, if that is what you prefer.
You can join a scheduled class of not more than 20, or put together your own group and choose your instructor and what you would like to learn. The ‘tailor-made’ option is possible for just one lesson, or for a course of several.
